Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students within an urban school setting in Chester, PA. This full-time, contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students educational and developmental progress with a caseload tailored to K-12 needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student participation in educational activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school-based regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute recommendations to promote student success
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania state licensure/certification in Occupational Therapy
- Demonstrated school-based OT experience working with a K-12 caseload
- Ability to work effectively in an urban school environment
- Willingness to obtain required Pennsylvania state clearances
- Comfort disclosing district name for transparency with candidates
- Must be available to work onsite in Chester, PA
